Bylaws Changes Proposed!

Periodically our board of directors reviews our bylaws in order to make sure that as the dynamics of our program continue to grow, our bylaws will continue to meet the needs of the program. In a recent study a committee of the board of directors recommended changes to Article 4 of our bylaws, Standing Committees. We would, of course, appreciate your input to these changes below.
